BEN TUCKER

Founder

Ben founded Fit Yard in 2020 and has been in the fitness industry for over a decade competing in multiple sports including rugby, boxing, football, squash, athletics and bodybuilding. 

Ben was originally a builder himself who used to work on this exact Yard. He feels very privileged now to be able to represent a brand upon the foundations in which he grew up on.

Ben loves nothing more than to inspire others to undergo their own journey within the fitness realms, especially since expanding the Fit Yard community. Ben believes not only is it important to improve yourself physically but mentally too, through being outdoors in the urbanised area thriving in fresh air and natural light.

CORINNE MURPHY

Corinne’s ultimate goal is to help busy people find time for themselves; to reach a level of health and fitness where they can feel Strong, Confident and Proud!

By demystifying Nutrition and Exercise; allowing clients to fully understand everything that's needed to create and maintain a healthy, balanced lifestyle and be that Best Version of themselves!

Corinne started her working career as a Chartered Surveyor; joining the family Outdoor Karting Business in 2010 and then qualifying as a Group Fitness Instructor in 2018. I then qualified as a NASM Level 3 Personal Trainer and EIQ Nutrition Coach and explored my passion in positive health and fitness, quickly realising the importance and huge benefits of Strength Training for us all.

COACH

harry swift

Harry is a strength and conditioning coach and a lecturer in strength and conditioning at St Mary’s University Twickenham. He is also undertaking a PhD in exercise physiology and is an expert in the science behind exercise training.

Harry is also a keen athlete and has competed in various sporting adventures such as CrossFit, marathons and completed a full iron man! Harry wants to help and coach others and share his knowledge to ensure people try to become the best versions of themselves.
