Ben founded Fit Yard in 2020, bringing over a decade of experience in the fitness industry and a lifelong passion for sport and physical development. He has competed across a wide range of disciplines, including rugby, boxing, football, squash, athletics, and bodybuilding—giving him a deep understanding of what it takes to perform, adapt, and grow in any environment.
Before entering the fitness world, Ben was a builder who worked on the very ground where Fit Yard now stands. Being able to turn that space into a thriving hub for health and community is something he considers a true privilege.
Ben is driven by a passion to inspire others to embark on their own fitness journey. With the continued growth of the Fit Yard community, his mission has become even clearer: to help people not just transform physically, but also mentally—through movement, connection, and exposure to fresh air and natural light in an urban, outdoor setting.

Corinne is passionate about helping busy people carve out time for themselves—to feel strong, confident, and proud in their bodies and their lives. Her mission is to demystify nutrition and exercise, empowering clients to fully understand what’s needed to build and sustain a healthy, balanced lifestyle—and ultimately become the best version of themselves.
After beginning her career as a Chartered Surveyor and later joining her family’s outdoor karting business in 2010, Corinne made the leap into fitness in 2018, qualifying as a Group Fitness Instructor. She went on to earn her Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification and become an EIQ-certified Nutrition Coach.
Her coaching style is rooted in education, positivity, and strength. Having discovered the profound benefits of resistance training for both physical and mental wellbeing, Corinne is passionate about helping others embrace strength training as a key part of their own journey.

Chloe brings over two decades of experience and passion to the fitness world. At just 16, she joined the Royal Artillery and became the first female Gunner in her regiment. It was there she set her sights on becoming a Physical Training Instructor, knowing that fitness was her true calling.
Over the years, Chloe has tackled everything from 5Ks to marathons, sprint triathlons to Ironman events, as well as boxing, Muay Thai, and HYROX. Her journey through such a wide range of disciplines has armed her with a deep and practical understanding of training, mindset, and performance.
Now a world-record-holding HYROX athlete, Chloe uses her extensive knowledge and experience to help clients reach their goals with purpose and confidence.
She’s excited to be part of the FITYARD team—continuing her own journey of growth, strength, and high performance while supporting others in theirs.

Harry is a highly qualified strength and conditioning coach with a deep-rooted passion for performance, education, and personal development. As a lecturer in strength and conditioning at St Mary’s University Twickenham and a current PhD candidate in exercise physiology, Harry is an expert in the science behind effective training.
With hands-on experience across a wide range of sports—including CrossFit, marathons, and even a full Ironman—Harry combines academic insight with real-world athleticism. His mission is to share his knowledge to help others move better, train smarter, and become the best version of themselves—both physically and mentally.
At Fit Yard, Harry brings evidence-based programming, high standards, and a drive to elevate every member he works with.
