Hyrox Workshop

8 Week Programme

Join our 8 week Hyrox Workshop and prepare for race day with expert guidance from a Hyrox world record holding athlete. This programme is designed to build strength, improve endurance and refine your technique on every key Hyrox station, including sled pushes, SkiErg, wall balls and lunges.

Across eight weekly sessions you will follow a structured training plan, complete benchmark testing in week one and week eight, and learn pacing and strategy directly from one of the best in the sport. Training in a small group environment means you get focused coaching, accountability and the support of a team all working towards the same goal.

Coach Chloe is a Hyrox world record holder and elite athlete who has competed at the highest level of the sport. With years of experience in functional training and a proven track record on the Hyrox stage, Chloe brings expert knowledge, race-tested strategies and world-class coaching to every session. Her goal is to help athletes of all levels improve their performance, refine their technique and feel fully prepared for race day.
